Hi! I'm Lauren. (My friends call me Moonie.)
I’m a Senior PMM who loves turning complex products into clear, relatable stories that drive growth. I’ve spent the last decade building and scaling B2B SaaS go-to-market programs, from content and lifecycle to global product launches and enterprise expansion.
At Atlassian, I led global GTM for Trello across self-serve and upsell segments. I owned positioning, packaging, launches, and sales enablement. I partnered closely with Product to influence roadmap decisions through customer research, usage data, and vertical segmentation.
Before that, I scaled Trello’s content engine from 50K to 1M monthly readers and built lifecycle email programs that reached 11M+ users, driving free-to-paid conversion and expansion.
Today, I work with early-stage and Series A founders to define ICP, sharpen positioning, and build repeatable GTM strategy from the ground up.
I particularly love working on creative product-led growth platforms, lifecycle marketing, and product storytelling.
Core strengths:
• Product positioning, messaging frameworks, and copy writing
• Cross-channel GTM strategy and launch execution
• Lifecycle marketing, email conversion and monetization
• Social media graphic design and video editing
• Landing page conversion and SEO strategy
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Sales, and Growth
• Strategic co-marketing and partnerships
Spicy takes:
-
Internal documentation and a knowledge-share culture (or lack thereof) can make or break your output.
-
If you're talking to everyone, you're talking to no one.
-
Sell the benefit, not the feature.
-
Go Birds.
